Thematic visit to Renaissance of Bologna
Path in the city and in the Pinacoteca to discover the artists who worked in Bologna between the beginning of the fifteenth and the first half of the sixteenth century The guided tour will be a full day but you can always customize the visit according to your time needs. Visit of the section of the Emilian Renaissance with the unmissable Ecstasy of Santa Cecilia by Raphael.
San Domenico Basilica
The Ark of San Domenico is a sculptural masterpiece on which Michelangelo and Nicolò dell’Arca worked, among others.
Oratory of Santa Cecilia
Small oratory completely frescoed by young talents such as Francesco Francia, Lorenzo Costa and Amico Aspertini.
Santa Maria della Vita
Inside the church we find the extraordinary sculptural group of Nicolò dell ‘Arca in terracotta, known as the Lamentation of the Dead Christ.
Time
The complete guided tour lasts 5 hours. However, it is always possible to customize the route according to your needs.
