Food festival in Bologna in December! Inspiring event to know more about food in Bologna!
The fame of Bologna is strictly linked to culture – starting from its ancient University, and to hospitality. Focusing the city’s characteristics of erudition, welcome and food culture, the Association APUN- Mens-a proposes a rich programme of tastings, buffets and book presentations for ‘Mens-a Inverno’ – the winter appointments which anticipate 2014 edition of Mens-a (23-25 May).
Tastings at Osteria del Sole (Monday, December 2 at 8pm) at Atti (Thursday, December 5 at 5.30pm) as well as the meetings at Libreria IBS.It (26 November, 10 December 2013, 11 February 2014) are free.
On the contrary participation fee and previous reservation are required for “A cena con…” at Ristorante I Carracci (Saturday, November 30 at 8.30pm € 50 per person) and for the Closing Buffet at Hotel I Portici (Saturday, March 15 at 8.30pm – € 40 per person). In both these events the special traditional Menu Vera Bologna curated by Accademia Italiana della Cucina and Colli Bolognesi’s wine will be proposed.
